Eine gute Wahl für eine Gruppenreise nach Brüssel - Bon choix pour un voyage de groupe à Bruxelles

Die Wohnung ist praktisch, gut konzipiert, frisch renoviert (gut gedämmt; Heizung und Belüftung funktionieren sehr effizient). Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind großzügig bemessen und angenehm. Die Lage ist günstig (5 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof Schaerbeek, von da zwei Stationen bis Bruxelles-Central), das Stadtviertel relativ ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr seriös, die Kommunikation mit ihm problemlos. Durchaus empfehlenswert. - L'appartement est pratique, bien conçu, récemment rénové (bien isolé ; le chauffage et la ventilation fonctionnent très efficacement). Les espaces communs sont spacieux et agréables. La situation est favorable (5 minutes à pied de la gare de Schaerbeek, de là deux arrêts jusqu'à Bruxelles-Central), le quartier est relativement calme. Le propriétaire est très sérieux et la communication avec lui facile. Tout à fait recommandable.
