Beautiful Lighthouse

Our stay was really nice, Beautiful scenery, Owners were very nice and helpful! We did go during a summer heatwave, having the windows open helped a little since there is no ac. Definitely a cute little getaway!

Delightful Light House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tracy’s LightHouse. It was a very quaint space and a very serene setting. Great place to get away. Tracy was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely go back!

Very cute! Well appointed for a tiny home! Could not be in a better location for anyone who wants to be immersed in natural beauty! So much wild life in every location. A bird watcher’s paradise! Located to catch all of the lovely summer time breezes while sleeping comfortably on the super comfy bed. Tracy the host is so accommodating, genuinely made us feel like we were welcome.

Quiet Getaway

The place is cute and clean. I really enjoyed the location and think it would be even better in nice weather. We stayed during a storm and lost power but the owner provided a generator.

We absolutely loved our stay in the LightHouse. It has such a wonderfully cozy feel. The lighthouse is on a stretch near the owners own home, but you never feel like your stay isn’t completely private and there is a reasonable distance between the buildings. The lighthouse has such amazing views looking out over the bay. There are binoculars supplied and even if you don’t see yourself as a birdwatcher, you can find yourself joyfully watching the coming and going of all the different types for hours. The sun rises and sunsets are stunning and you can see it all from the edge of the water by the fire pit or through the large windows on all sides on the upper level. Bay City provided great restaurants, antique malls and everything else we needed. It was also a short drive to Frankenmuth where we spent a great day. It was just amazing and can’t thank Tracy enough for sharing this gem.

Lighthouse

Very nice and quiet. Secluded. Small but just enough for 2. Had everything we needed Especially loved the bedroom upstairs. Had all of the windows open and the breeze blowing in off the water was amazing. Had rain one night and loved the sound. We spent every night outside enjoying the breeze and watching the sunset. Had fun watching an eagle that resided nearby. We played golf at a couple of nearby courses and took our motorcycle on a scenic ride.

What a beautiful spot!

The light house provided a great spot to stop for the evening on our travel south. We were able to relax in the sun and enjoy a one of a kind private view of lake Huron. The house itself is great for two. Would recommend and will hopefully be back!

This place has beautiful views and is a special spot. Quiet and private. I would love to come back again. I'm not giving it 5 stars simply because the ladder stairway to the bedroom is such a challenge to navigate. This place just isn't for everyone and if you have mobility issues, it definitely isn't for you. Thanks for having me, hope you'll welcome me back again some day.

Nice location, host responsive, lovely scenery. Property took a couple hours to warm up after our arrival- heat was off and circuit breaker tripped as soon as both heaters were turned on.

One night adventure

The surroundings were beautiful! The cabin is beyond cute and cozy and the binoculars made it possible to see a few eagles in the morning. I was really surprised we got to see them because of the wind. It’s the perfect unique get away with a very comfy bed. We look forward to going back during warmer weather.

Perfect mom-daughter overnight getaway!

Came with my daughter to get away from the hustle and bustle of graduation. Was a little worried because it was cold and windy and raining the whole drive up but the place was so so adorable and warm and cozy with amazing views we didn’t even care that we didn’t want to be outside. We were amazed at how long the sunset lasted with the most beautiful colors for hours… I was obsessed watching birds with the binoculars. Saw lots of eagles especially in the early morning. Bed was so comfy and we loved watching a movie with a nice variety of DVDs to choose from. Would love to come back in the summer some time!!!
