I am a small entrepreneur, fascinated about this area in which I live for some years now. Santarém city can be a good location to stay if you want to visit many other places in the surroundings like Óbidos, Tomar, Lisboa, Fátima, Batalha, Alcobaça, all of them within 1h distance by car.

Why they chose this property

Magalhães House apartment was originated in December of 2016 in order to allow guests to feel a property like their own space, despite they are away from home. A place you could also benefit from an experience in a typical and modern portuguese residential area. The area in which this apartment is located (São Nicolau or São Domingos as it is more commonly recognised) is provided with a plenty of supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Pingo Doce) and many other services. At the same time within 15min walk climbing into a hill or 1 stop distance with a blue lined Scalabus you get into the historical center of Santarém city (1Km away). By car this time is shortened to 3min.
