This charming 34 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool and view of the salt marshes, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in Le Grau-du-Roi. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from May to October (Non-contractual opening dates, subject to change).
- An 8 m² south-east-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Le Grau-du-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Le Grau-du-Roi 950 m away (about 9 minutes' walk)
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée 25 km away (about 21 minutes by car)
