The apartment features an open floor plan with a spacious living room furnished with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Additionally, there's a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

There are four bedrooms in the apartment. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the second with a double bed, the third with a bunk bed, and the last with a single bed. All beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that parties are not permitted in the building. Both the building management and neighbours have expressed concerns, and to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
