Small appartment in accordance with the info given. Bed in bedroom is a small one, so even with 2 persons you may want to use the sofa. The shower has a curtain, using glass would be an improvement. Helpfull landlord and -lady, and available parking is a nice plus. Location in older part of Chantemerle is nice.
