Bom nos primeiros Contatos tudo parecia tudo normal ao pisarmos na casa uma pessoa veio e abriu a porta para nós e logo pegou o dinheiro que seria o aquecimento da piscina algo que não ocorreu Nen um dia a piscina aqueceu as crianças estão voltando todas doentes da água extremamente gelada e sempre ao ser questionado dizia que estava funcionando normal tivemos esse prejuízo de 150 dólares mas não tem problema Deus e fiel ,os dois banheiros da casa entupidos tivemos que tomar banho naquela água suja que nunca descia e a senhora falou para mim que era normal e eu conheço e entendo sei que não é resumindo eu não recomendo essa casa férias extremamente desagradável passamos 6 dias frustração total

Last minute booking

Given that our original rental property was NOT available to us upon arrival, we had to book this property at the last minute. The property was quite nice and the owner was lovely to deal with. Unfortunately there were a few issues that we had to deal with upon arrival. Pool was not heated and had just been treated so was not available to use for the first ten days (bummer). Took a few days to get a remote control delivered so we could use the TV in the living room. Some plumbing issues resulting in flooding on the floor. Laminate flooring thru out house was poorly installed with many gaps in the kitchen and master bedroom.

Wonderful property in a great location !

The property is in a great location to navigate around the parks and in a lovely neighborhood. Host was really informative and the property was lovely and big and I would definitely stay again.
