The district offers a glimpse into Memphis's past and is a popular spot for historic home enthusiasts and tourists alike.
What makes this property unique
During an ice storm in 2021, an amusing incident unfolded. A tree toppled, destroying this residence. Following the demolition, we opted to reconstruct the original two-story, 5000 square-foot home built in 1922. Additionally, we listed it as a short-term rental, making it the latest addition to the street.
