Our stay at Ryan’s property was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The living area was spacious, perfect for our Halloween gathering.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor space—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind!
Home was perfect for 3 families with 16u baseball players in for a long tournament. Had a great time! Home is lovely and worked great for us. Beautiful setting!!
This house was fun and very spacious! I hosted a bachelorette weekend for my best friend here. The house provided great space for my friends and I to spread out.
My group of friends had a gathering after not seeing each other for the last 2 years due to the pandemic. This house was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms was a huge key point for us. With our large group we had to have this. Parking was another plus as we had 6 cars to park. This house has a massive driveway with a huge carport and parking off to the side. The beds are extremely comfortable. We took in a show in Midtown and the location had us very close to the city. Anyone looking for a nice ADULT getaway this is the perfect home.

Nice home and property but requires better housekeeper.
The house was large enough for our 4 adults and 4 children. family over the holidays. The host was thoughtful and answered questions with ease. The problem seems to be with housekeeping. The dishwasher was not emptied and was overfilled with dirty dishes .Towels were still in the. Washer and linens in the dryer. The garbage can was overfilled at the end of the driveway when we arrived and not picked up after our 4 days.
Double booked Vrbo rental in Buckhead, Atlanta, from July 8-14, 2024
Thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The property looked promising online, several issues made our stay uncomfortable. House appeared clean, but a Madagascar roach in the kitchen that lingered a few days. The granite countertops were streaked, necessitating a thorough wipe-down. House was quiet and in a peaceful area. Back rooms were plagued by highway noise. House matched the photos online, but much darker than expected. If you prefer a well-lit environment, this property is not for you.
The host Ryan Greenberg, called the day after we booked explain double booking error by Vrbo and informed us that a film crew was 🎥 on Friday from 9AM to 8PM. Compromising I agreed to filming on Friday and quick walk through Thursday. We planned to be out all day Friday. Thursday, doorbell rang, they put code in door and they entered the house while my pregnant daughter was in restroom. My daughter approached director and assistant arriving 30 minutes early for a “quick walk-through” lasting 8:30-11:30 AM. Pregnant daughter, guests & I trapped in rooms almost 4hrs, disturbed by the loud crew. Most frustrating aspect was the dishonesty & lack of respect for our time & privacy. Friday was agreed but Thursday was not agreed. This mismanagement significantly marred our stay. Despite some positive aspects, roach, noise and dishonesty make this property one I cannot recommend. There are undoubtedly better options in Buckhead, Atlanta, where your time and comfort will be respected
Spacious, clean, and quiet. It was everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. All appliances from the showers to the kitchen were outfitted with the newest material. There was plenty of room for our entire group of 6 to hang out and watch TV.Overall, just a great place to stay if you are visiting ATL. We were there for a Braves game and the stadium is 10 minutes away. The house is also close to other stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here and hosted my sisters baby shower. The property was exactly as pictured. There was a large door right off the kitchen that walked straight out onto the deck area which was perfect for an event. The backyard was beautiful with large azalea bushes that were in full bloom which made for a beautiful backdrop. The beds and couches were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.
My stay at the Buckhead Battle House was fabulous! Communication with Ryan both ahead of and during my stay was amazing. The home is absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what I needed for this trip to Atlanta. We were literally greeted by a deer when we got in! The house is its own little slice of woodland paradise right within the city. There is a bit of noise from the highway that you can hear, especially in the bedroom closer to the road; however, it's not horrible, and if you have a white noise machine (or white noise app) you're good to go. Due to recent storms in the area, a roofer needed to be on-site one of the days during my stay. Ryan called me, walked me through what they would be doing, and worked with me to make sure it wasn't a hindrance to my schedule and plans for that day. The crew that came out was extremely professional and friendly. They were only in the actual house for less than five minutes and were working on the roof for maybe just over an hour. Keep in mind, this was on a Friday (typical work day) and they were gone before 6pm EST. I would absolutely stay at this property again and would look for future properties maintained and run by Ryan in the future.
The house was gorgeous with so much art pieces for eye to enjoy. We truly enjoyed the layout and art work. Ryan was a pleasure to communicate with. He as very receptive to a couple minor issue we were having and did his best to address it. Definitely would rent again this house if we are back in the area. Thank you for hosting us.
This was the perfect place ro celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The layout was great and the host was very responsive to our needs. And we absolutely loved the ample parking. The entire family raved about the property, as there was plenty of room to gather and relax. We would definitely return!
relax.We would definitely return.
I had my daughter's bridal shower at this beautiful midcentury home. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a wonderful time! Bedrooms were generous with 2 being ensuites for guest comfort! Very upscale decorating with great artwork!
We had a vacation for 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) and enjoyed our stay so much at this spacious, lovely home. Plenty of room to let the kids have a movie night, while the adults played games. Very centrally located to Atlanta attractions. The kids loved the hot tub, the pool was a little chilly for February. I'd recommend a stay!
We wanted our family to be able to stay not too far from Georgia Tech and close to West Paces Ferry area and this was perfect for our family of 6 (all adults). We enjoyed being able to host a couples wedding shower here. The kitchen was great for cooking for a group, and we enjoyed the fire pit outside. Ryan was available when needed and a gracious host. we definitely recommend.
OMGee!!! This property was absolutely PERFECT! We had a girls' weekend to celebrate a dear friend before her wedding, and THIS WAS AMAZING! The home is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, but very close to shopping and nice eateries. The host was the BEST--quick, effective commuication. I would absolutley come back!
Perfect Location for My Bachelorette party weekend
The property was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing! House is well-equipped and clean and the communication from the host was always quick and pleasant. It was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party as there was a lot to do in the area! Highly recommend!
Wonderful large comfortable home, perfect for a large group of friends to use as a home base for an Atlanta vacation. Host was very responsive. We really loved the back deck surrounded by tall trees and the convenient location.
What can I say the home is beautiful the location perfect our host, I cannot say enough about Ryan, he never let me down anytime I reached out. I would stay there again. Absolutely 100%.

About the host
Hosted by Ryan Greenburg
A Georgia native who has a passion for traveling the world and collecting wonders from all across the globe. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in other BnBs on these travels and am thrilled to share my home with you!
Why they chose this property
This home is a one-of-a-kind mid-century gem that I fell in love with. This style is rare here and yet the home is a reflection of the southern interpretation of the period.
From the massive vaulted ceilings to the beautiful exposed beams, to the skylights and massive windows, one can enjoy the protection in this sanctuary while communing with nature in a unique harmony. Additionally, the home has a gallery like energy that is a perfect showcase for unique original and number print art from a variety of artists. It’s important for me to see how the architecture and the art interact and complement each other becoming themselves a unified piece of art.
What makes this property unique
Inside you’ll see two large fireplaces and 20ft+ ceilings of aged timber. Additionally, the home still has the original terrazzo floors in tact to the delight of any MCM aficionado.
Much of the home has been carefully restored and updated to maintain the charm of a cherished era while providing the comforts of a modern home.
You’ll also enjoy a full smart home suite of products to allowing intelligently control with the assistant, Nest-Yale locks for convenient entry, temperature control and beyond.
Additionally, the home has been outfitted to provide both ample secluded and co-op work spaces for easy collaboration or quiet zoom meetings.
On the large lot you are welcome to explore the forests in the rear and the stream that courses through our neighborhood.
In the back patio area, you’ll find an ‘endless pool’ which has two sides: one which generates resistance for swimming and water exercise and another which is a hot tub.
