Definitely the most unique Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Really cool and the Porter was super helpful. They checked on us several times and were always there if we had questions. Very unique, living quarters on the train and the beds were super comfortable even the bunks. Well equipped with coffee and snacks. Awesome living area for everyone to hang out in.
Very cool location and we thoroughly enjoyed it. As a plus, the location is right across the street from cruise terminal 26 so it was a quick walk to get on the Disney Magic.
Everything was great and as described. Communicating with the host was great. Chris, who greeted us, was very friendly and helpful. Fun and a unique experience! Easy walk to the port for a cruise.
Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Train was very clean and well maintained. It is in amazing location close to everything including shopping, the cruise port, and entertainment. It was an amazing experience.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip!! Would highly recommend a stay on the train to others. Terrific location. Our host and porter were incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you!
We had a fabulous time! This was an adventure for our whole family. The living area is big enough for many people to gather and play games, there are about 4 bathrooms with toilets, and one with a shower with decent hot water (I was pleasantly surprised). The A/C worked GREAT, always a gamble for 80 plus year old properties in Texas, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable all reported, even on the upper bunks. We felt very safe at night, and the strand was an easy one block away (try the old fashioned photo place, it was a hoot!).The hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. We have stayed in several unique/adventurous rentals and none have been as charming as this in both the property and the hosts. And your fees help support the restoration of these historic trains so what could be better?
The whole stay was wonderful. The train car was amazing and very comfortable to hangout in. The muffins were delicious. The host was very easy to get in touch with and always helpful and kind.
David and Chris are the best.. Our group consisted of 4 kiddos ages 5-13 and 2 adults had a blast. They already looking forward to returning to the train museum. Awesome experience!!!
We absolutely LOVED this experience! The staff was very helpful and over the top with caring for our every need, from morning muffins to sweet chocolate treats! Absolutely wonderful service and even helped get 11 of us with luggage, get out the door to get on the ship for our cruise. We got to tour the train museum as part of our stay and the lore behind the characters in the train station. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.
We had an amazing time, relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The kids had a blast walking around the train station at night. David and Chris were helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying on the train!
I loved this trip! Staying on this train was such a memory to make! My grandchildren loved it and so did we! It will be something to remember always! It was so clean and inviting and everyone was so nice! If I could afford it I would stay again!!
Loved the Bonnie Brook. Everything was great. The porter - Chris took excellent care of us. Loved being able to wander around the grounds when the museum was closed. Memorable experience. I would highly recommend
We stayed here the night before our cruise staff was super accommodating and helpful. The location was cool the only issue we had is the bunks are kinda had and worried some of our party was concerned. Not the establishment fault.our people were skiddish
What a fantastic weekend get-a-way! Celebrating a 5th grade promotion, a 53yr anniversary and an 18yr anniversary, this was perfect for our family! David was so kind and helpful. Chris was a huge help and Andrew did a great job sharing information. Core memories made. The train was comfortable and so stinkin cool. What a unique way to celebrate and spend time with family. Highly recommend.
