This new and amazing home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms inside and another full bath, shower and outdoor shower by the pool is full of luxurious amenities for the those who like the finer things in life. Less than 1.5 km to the beach in Esterillos Oeste, it has its own pool with absolute privacy and comfort. Located in a quiet neighborhood it is within 3 km of many excellent restaurants, bars, shops and grocery store. Situated between Jaco and Quepos on the beautiful central Pacific coast.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure

All new construction and amazing details. From light up mirror in the master bath to automatic blinds for privacy, this home will make you want to extend your stay. The sliding glass doors to the master open two thirds of the way to allow a wide open feel and also a full length automatic blind for privacy at night. The exterior doors to the pool are according style so you can open the entire side to the pool. Plenty of comfort and room to lounge inside or outside by the pool or under the canopy. Nighttime is magical with lighting throughout the property.
A car is recommended but there is a bus stop just outside the neighborhood. A walk to the beach is only about 1.5 km
