Pleasant house near beach

Great location, within 10 minutes walk of very long sandy beach and good for exploring finistere. Clean, comfortable homely house. Table tennis and table football in the garage were fun.

Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Vermietungsagentur als auch mit dem Besitzer/Vermieter des Ferienhauses war super. Hinweis: der Vermieter spricht nur französisch, so dass man sich zumindest halbwegs alltagstauglich auf französisch unterhalten können sollte. In der größten Not hilft hier aber auch die mehrsprachige Agentur weiter.Das Ferienhaus mit Grundstück liegt ruhig am Ortsanfang von Pentrez, auf der Anhöhe. Der Weg zum sauberen Strand ist angenehm kurz. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Stellplatz für einen PKW. Für Kinder und Jugendliche gibt es ein Klettergerüst mit Schaukeln und Rutsche, ein Tischfußball und eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen.Für den Freizeitgenuss stehen zwei Liegen, Stühle und Gartentisch inklusive Sonnenschirm und weitere Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es einen Kugelgrill und einen Grillkamin. Letzteren haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas rar: die nächste Bäckerei befindet sich ca. 1,5 km entfernt in Saint-Nic - dienstags geschlossen. Montags findet man die Bäckerei und eine weitere auf dem kleinen Markt am Strand von Pentrez. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Tankstelle befindet sich in Plomodiern. Für Autogas-Fahrer finden sich Tankstellen in "Tal ar Groas" in Richtung Crozon oder in Quimper.Restaurants in Pentrez gibt es am Strand: eine Creperie, ein Fastfood-"Biergarten" mit Eisdiele und auf einem Campingplatz ein Restaurant auch für Nicht-Camper nutzbar.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu finden. Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben... sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, tolles Außengelände, fußläufig zum Strand, ausgesprochen ruhig... Sehr herzliche, unkomplizierte Vermieter und ein hervorragender, hilfreicher Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen (und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder)!
