The beach is 200 m away on foot, via a passage exclusively dedicated to the house (restricted and rocky passage only for young people) or 10 minutes on foot via the street.
It is made up of 7 bedrooms (including one in a studio), 4 bathrooms, and an open living room, with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen, opening onto the main terrace.
The swimming pool is private, size 10/4 and heated.

Housing

The accommodation is divided into 2 levels + a separate studio.

Level 0: open living room with a master bed room and bathroom + huge sea view balcony.

Level -1: 5 double bedrooms, including 3 en suite and 2 with shared bathroom. Each bedroom opening onto a sea view balcony. Studio level - 1: bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.

Level - 2: swimming pool area + laundry room

Access for travelers to the entire accommodation.

Other remarks:

We are not far from the railway line. But much higher. Few trains during the day, and no trains at night. The entire bay from Cannes to Frejus is crossed by this train line. It is not disturbing when it passes, but we want to warn you.
