Wir waren mit 4 Familien und insgesamt 7 Kindern in der Villa. Der erste Eindruck war gut. Schönes Haus, schön eingerichtete Hauptzimmer, toller Pool und ein grandioser Blick aufs Meer. Dann ging’s los. Nach ca 20 Minuten fiel der Strom aus. Dann täglich. Nach einer Woche auch das WLAN. In den Küchenschränken saßen hunderte Lebensmittelmotten, das Geschirr war dreckig und in der Ecke eine Rattenfalle. Der angepriesene Eiswürfelbereiter hatte keinen Wasseranschluss und in den unteren Kinderzimmern war es aufgrund eines Wasserschadens moderig. Mit 7 Kindern und den ganzen Tag die pralle Sonne hätten wir uns ein paar Schirme gewünscht. Nach ca einer Woche wurden 2 alte, verlöcherte aus dem Lager gekramt.Ebenso erwähnenswert war unser Aussenesstisch, an dem alle gemeinsam essen wollten. Das waren 2 ausgeklappte, altertümliche Ikea- Holzgartentische, die wild rumwackelten. Wir haben sofort nach unserer Ankunft die Punkte bei dem Eigentümer reklamiert. Leider liefen unsere Reklamationen ins Leere und der Vermieter zeigte wenig Bereitschaft, an der Situation etwas zu ändern. Es wäre ja auch nicht so gewesen, dass wir etwas verlangt hätten, was uns nicht zusteht. Wir haben dafür einen fürstlichen Preis gezahlt. Im Nachgang wollte der Vermieter uns wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten entsprechend entgegenkommen. Wir warten immer noch. Unser Resümee: nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich schön. Aber größtenteils abgewohnt. Leider das Geld nicht wert.

Less than 2 hours after the group's arrival at Blue Heaven Villa, the renter contacted me and complained (unjustly) about the condition of the villa and demanded 40% refund. To accommodate her complaints I had to call the electrician 3 times, building contractor 3 times and a pool specialist. All of them confirmed in writing that the villa was in perfect condition and all renter's complaints were incorrect. When I did not agree with her extortions, she threatened to “write the review and hope that no one else will rent this property.” In addition, there were more people than booked the villa. Also, our manager told us that the group used the AC while keeping all doors wide open even when they were traveling and not in the villa. Attention landlords: be careful renting your house to those people.

Très bon séjour, dans une magnifique maison avec une magnifique vue, tellement reposante. Pour 7 chambres, cette maison est parfaite. La gérante est aux petits soins La propriétaire adorable La maison est un peu dans son jus mais tellement agréable et si bien placée. Pour une famille ou des amis, c’est un super compromis. Nous y retournerons, c’est obligatoire

Einfach herrlich!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit super tollem Pool und genug Platz für eine große Familie und Freunde. Für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet - aber für alle ab 10 Jahren ein Traum. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage, Küche mit allem was man braucht, sogar einen echter Pizzaofen und einen ordentlichen Gasgrill gibt es. Der Ausblick ist nicht zu überbieten, das Meer in 15 Gehminuten (bzw. 5 Autominuten) zu erreichen. Hier kann man es sich gut gehen lassen.

Mooi maar ietwat verouderd

Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf in Les Issambres. De villa is vrij ruim, voldoet aan de basisverwachtingen maar enkele opfrissingen zouden niet misstaan. Ons viel het grote verschil op tussen de kamers binnen het huis (welke heel mooi en ruim zijn) en de kamers aan het zwembad beneden (welke heel klein en vrij basis zijn). Hierdoor vinden we de villa prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Het zwembad, terras en het adembenemend uitzicht zijn fantastisch!!! Ook wanneer er zich 'probleempjes' voordoen, staat Laura klaar om jou te helpen (lokale makelaar). Kortom: een aanrader als je buiten kunt leven en binnen geen super luxe verwacht! Wij hadden een leuk verblijf!

Excellente situation et magnifique vue

Vue exceptionnelle de la piscine et des terrasses, aucun vis à vis. Séjour parfait et la gérante sur place est sympathique et efficace.
