Relax in the well- lit living room which features a vintage double sofa bed facing a flat-screen cable TV.

The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up an easy breakfast including a stove, a microwave oven, and a toaster.

The bedroom contains double bed, a spacious double-door closet and complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom consists of all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment comes with every comfort you need in the most historical centre of the city and there is everything you need and all bills are included except if in winters the electricty bill exceeds a certail level there might be extra charges. The manuals of almost all the appliances in the apartment can be found in the drawer.

Art lovers flock to Musée Picasso, where many artworks are displayed in a stately 17th-century mansion. The Musée des Arts et Métiers is a top destination for science history buffs. The lively Marché des Enfants Rouge draws crowds to its international food stalls.

Grab a healthy breakfast at Bob's Kitchen, then shop at vintage shops like Omaya vintage or buy things you don't need at Hema. Be seduced by the fresh fruits and vegetables from the Marché des Enfants Rouges or enjoy a meal at one of the many Asiatic restaurants in the area.

Catch an independent film at the MK2 Beaubourg cinema or a contemporary exhibition at the Centre Pompidou. Finally, start your night with an exotic cocktail and Mexican tapas at the Candelaria before heading for a concert at the Gaité Lyrique.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Arts et Metiers (Line 3) - just 3 mins away on foot. There's also the Temple Metro (Line 3) just 4 mins away. From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 36 mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
