Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home on private property in a safe and affluent beach community, 5 min. from the airport and the beach. Lots of free parking. Downtown of this small town like suburb of Los Angeles is just a few blocks walk, bus stops nearby. Bicycle paths, surfing and plenty of great restaurants a few minutes away. Dining and fashion shopping about 5 min. away at El Segundo Plaza, The Point and Manhattan Village mall. Many parks nearby including the 18 acre El Segundo Recreation Park.
