Nicely updated house 4 bed/2bath between two beaches(12 min drive to Pensacola Beach,16 min drive to Navarre Beach with truly clear azure water and sugar white sand)in good and quiet location next to the shopping plaza and restaurants. Only 2 min drive to Oriole Beach if you like fishing ,kayaking or boating . There is the large covered patio on the back of the house. Tankless water heater allow you unlimited hot water. For your convenience we have 4 smart TVs in the house. Infant accommodation is available.

Stayed 2 nights to visit nearby relatives. Excellent location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Our host was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

For the price we paid it was excellent. Plenty of utensils to use. The dining table is too high for elderly. Great place for kids toys and kids stuff available. The fan in master bedroom needs to be cleaned. Plenty of towels and available kitchen supplies for starters. New appliances. AC working well. Quick reply from the host.

Great place

The property is really nice, close access to several beaches which are really nice. Owner made check in easy and communicated well. Would definitely recommend for price.

The lawn hadn't been mowed, front or back. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy but I didn't have any issues with the neighbors. If you don't mind feeling the "fish bowl" affect in the dining area or the kitchen due to the absence of curtains or blinds, then you will feel right at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The hallway bathroom didn't live up to the amazingly feature showerhead that was installed there. On our last night here, we sawa woman going through the trash bin. I thought it was the owner but she didn't make herself known to us. tAll she said was she was "just looking" but I'm not sure what it was she could've been looking for in a trash bin. There were lots of little ants in the driveway

Kristi, thanks for your stay. We hope you had a good time at our house. We didnt put the blinds just in the side,which facing to the fenced backyard to safe more natural light and never had complaints for that. I checked the trashcan to make sure you have enough space before your checkout because usually the guests have a lot of trash before they checkout. I didnt go to the territory of the property, just check the trash can by the road to make sure you're comfortable with the trash . I told you-i am the owner of the property. Sorry,if it make you uncomfortable.

Fun and interesting

We liked the house, the amenities, the neighbors were insane, the ac wasn’t working but they fixed it same day, was a great location so all in all it was pretty good
