First Floor, Fully Furnished, Studio Efficiency Unit available in Marco Island. This studio is located in Aquarius of Marco. It sleeps up to three people. This unit features 1 queen sized bed and 1 sofa bed (full size). There is an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The unit has new stainless steel appliances. There is a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The unit has a nice size closet to store your clothes and belongings. There is also another smaller closet to store food. There is a lovely community pool. The grounds are beautiful. The walk to the public beach entrance on Maple Avenue is a little over a 1/2 mile walk. You can also walk to various different stores and restaurants. Come stay here at Marco Comfort. You won't regret it!

Superb studio apartment

We stayed at this apartment for a month in May. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Well maintained and clean. It’s located very well within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The pool and grounds are very well kept and maintained too. Couldn’t fault the apartment at all.

Marco Island Studio Condo

We stayed a month at the Aquarius Condominiums. Studio had all the essentials we needed. Great beach chairs. umbrella and cooler. Bed very comfortable. Good location to several restaurants. Plenty of parking. Very nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay there and love Marco Island. The owners were quick to response with any questions you might have. Check in and check out very easy.

Aquarius Marco Island Fl

I rented an efficiency condo at the Aquarius. #D3. It was a beautifully updated unit with brand new appliances and very nice bathroom. The owners were more than attentive, checking with me several times to be sure everything was working well and that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit for a long vacation and will certainly contact them again if I decide to return to Marco Island. Thanks Kerry and Nicholas.
