Absolutely beautiful condo to fully enjoy during your Myrtle Beach vacation! This unit is personally owned, maintained, managed and cleaned by us. Relax in a newly decorated and updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Magnolia Place, part of Myrtlewood Villas. Take the elevator to your top floor corner unit with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. There is no one above you! Corner units offer three walls of windows for that extra brightness. Make yourself at home in the comfortably appointed living room with 55" t.v. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice sized dining area with table for 4 to play a game of Scrabble, Clue, Uno or many other games provided by your host. Enjoy snacks, coffee or a glass of wine outside on your porch deck with mosaic-topped table and 2 chairs then cap off your day by enjoying a great night sleep in the king sized bed while watching your favorite shows on the 42" t.v.. An outdoor pool is a short walk away, the beach only a five-minute drive. Multiple golf courses (two 18 hole golf courses on site), great restaurants, shopping and other Myrtle Beach attractions abound. This condo can sleep 4 people comfortably between the king-sized bed in the bedroom and the queen mattress pull-out sofa in the living room.

Why they chose this property
There is no better location. This unit is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is situated on the top floor of an elevated building with a pool right out back and free parking. It is an end unit with lots of natural light as well as cathedral ceilings.

Everything is provided for guest needs and comforts: fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs, games, radio, two tvs, etc.
