The house was clean and actually had TP and Paper towels to get us started. The beds were comfortable and we had a ton of towels. The game room is a plus.

We had a blast. The house was awesome and very convenient to everything.
With the game room being downstairs … the kids felt like they had their own little space. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks☺️.

We had a great stay. The cabin was furnished with what we needed. My mom had to work while we were there, and the wifi worked great for her to be able to do that. The bottom floor was perfect for our kids. They really enjoyed it. Clint and Deborah were very quick to respond to anything we needed. Thank you for that! We enjoyed our stay!

Ladoska, thank you for your kind words! We appreciate you staying with us and know that you’re welcome back anytime! :) All the best-Clint
We stayed at this cabin for a family trip and had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the condition upon arrival. The cabin did not appear properly cleaned. There were thick layers of dust on commonly used surfaces, visible food crumbs on tables and countertops, and heavy dust around HVAC vents. We also found large spider webs in visible areas, including some showers.Several maintenance issues stood out:A bathroom doorknob was broken and couldn’t be securedThe hot tub jets worked briefly, then shut offMost deck string lights were out; others flickered nonstopThe front porch light would not stay onThe internet did not work for several daysA basement couch was broken and collapsed when sat onThe grill was very dirty with grease buildupThe exterior electrical panel was not properly securedA kitchen cabinets was brokenWe also encountered a juvenile black rat snake inside the cabin, which I removed. We notified management and provided photos/videos. They acknowledged the condition and offered to send cleaners and maintenance, but we declined after already cleaning ourselves.PositivesAbout 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Gatlinburg entrance)Spacious for our groupKids loved the game roomPlenty of clean towelsThings to noteVery steep, narrow roads to accessLimited parking (2 vehicles comfortably)No yard; only deck spaceThis property has potential and a great location, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues impacted our stay
We had a wonderful long weekend at the Honey Bee Holler! The space was great for our family and Clint was always available when we needed him. We loved that it is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kitchen is fully stocked and the grill was super easy to use. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and blankets. The game room was ready to go and the kids loved it. The only thing I will mention is the first night there were lots of bugs in the game room. I was sleeping on the bottom bunk and couldn’t get up till I put shoes on. I messaged Clint and he was on it! He got an exterminator there the same day to spray and take care of it. We did see a couple each morning but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a rustic setting. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent again.

Danielle, thank you so much for your kind words about our cabin! I'm so glad y'all had a wonderful trip and that the kids loved the game room :) We'd be happy to host you all again in the future! All the best-Clint
Cabin was very nice inside and we enjoyed all the games for the kids. Our only issue was this cabin was advertised as “NEW” but it’s not a new cabin maybe it’s a new listing. All in all we had a great time and the cabin was clean and filled our needs.

Kevin, so glad you all had a great time at the cabin! Yes, our cabin is a new listing on VRBO, not a new cabin. Thanks again for staying with us! All the best!-Clint
We enjoyed our time in the woods. Steep climb up the road, but satisfying overall. Owner does need to look into electrical issues (breaker box had bad connections). We lost power to parts of the house, and couldn't use the hot tub except on the first day due to no electricity to the hot tub. That was the only real disappointment.
