Another Great Stay!

This was our second year renting this condo and much like last year, it was a pleasure. The location is the perfect tuck-a-way for my family as we typical only venture out once a day. The listing is accurate and the property is maintained nicely. This year, however, we noticed a couple things that took away from the immaculate condo we rented last year: the rugs in the living area were not vacuumed (so we swept them), the shower curtain liner could use replacing as well as the comforter in the front room. That said, we do hope to return next year for another stay.

True to Pictures!

The unit was clean, cozy, and up to date! Very spacious with a beautiful view! Loved the soaker bath tub! Patio area was very peaceful!

Happy with home in General

Love the location on the bay with beautiful sunsets, amenities and the proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. However not happy with the cleanliness of the home. Hand towels were not provided with bath towel sets. Really not able to prepare meals due to lack of cooking equipment in the kitchen. Freezer door on refrigerator still pops open when you shut refrigrator. Instead of replacing/repairing refrigerator there is a note telling renters to make sure freezer door is closed. All of these issues were addressed numerous times with Vacasa without resolution during previous stays and current stay.

Overall Nice but two issues

Unit was clean and well maintained. Quiet location 2 miles from ocean. Some might find too quiet. Had two issues though. At one point we were three couples arriving in three cars. However they only give you two parking passes. Also, while we were six adults they only give you one key fob with which to enter building. Made coming and going quite problematic.
