Step into the comfort of this beautiful Scandinavian Style - 2-bed/ 2-bath home, with outstanding facilities nearby. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy connection to KSU, Kennesaw Downtown, and other points of interest. Smart TVs are available in every room.
The property features a spacious open-space living room, an En-suite bathroom for each bedroom, a High-Speed Wi-Fi connection, and an outdoor deck where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

People love the modern and stylish decor and the thoughtful touches that welcome you to our home.
Our guests love to gather and lounge within the outdoor deck, especially when the sun pops up. In
addition, within the property, the open floor plan allows for great conversation and hosting.
The living room brings a lot of natural light due to its high ceiling structure which makes the place aesthetically
appealing as well. It immediately feels like home with a comfy large sofa, coffee table for drinks and snacks, and a large flat smart TV for movie nights.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to home-cook your own meals. Here you will find a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, glasses & silverware in sufficient quantity, plenty of pots and pans as well as spices such as salt and pepper. Afterward, you can serve your delicious meals at the dining table (suitable for 6 persons) if you choose to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, perfect to enhance the quality of your sleep. Each has its own chic decorated En-suite bathroom, furnished with a walk-in shower upstairs you will also find a working space area, with an overview towards the living room, where you can do some work at your laptop.


Damage protection: The $39 charge listed as ''Administrative fee'' on your quote covers you for accidental damages. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For smoking odor removal, we will still charge the deposit

Really enjoyed our stay. Interior is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lake Point. We were less than 20 minutes from the fields, within a few minutes of the highway. Close to restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, etc.

Great house!!

Wonderful property that is very clean, quiet and looks exactly like the pictures. Well appointed and decorated. Very close to sports complexes and the kennisaw district that has great restaurants (honeysuckle biscuits, the nest, lazy lab coffee, Gus’, frozen cow, etc.). A very nice park for running/walking is also 5min away. Highly recommend!!

Very confortable and well located in Kennesaw. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. It is a great place to work (if you need to). I liked working ln the loft and front porch. The kitchen fantasic. Great storage and loved the middle drawer in the frig. Master bedroom and bath are excellent. For our needs we loved this resident and would use it again.

Chic, Cozy and Welcoming

We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The house is very cozy and the perfect size for a family of 3 plus our dog Aubrey. The house was clean and had every amenity needed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to use the fireplace as this was something we verified during booking and were really looking forward to. Anja & Ingo Schaer were very quick to respond to my messages/requests and immediately informed us the fireplace was removed due to insurance matters. This did not take away from all other wonderful details in the house. The kitchen has every appliance needed which made it super easy to make our Christmas dinner. Appliances were clean and we felt very comfortable using them. The host pays attention to little important details not commonly found in other properties i.e. enough toilet paper, paper towel, bath towels, make up towels, and cozy blankets on every couch and bed. It was super cold during our stay and having the extra blankets was the icing on the cake for us. We will defnitely book this property on our next visit to Georgia. I highly recommend it.
