Herrlich!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche! Das Haus entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen, Bonus in unseren Augen der schnuckelige, geschlossene Garten unter Anderem mit einem Strandkorb fürs Wohlfühlen. Die Kinder haben sich in ihrem Zimmer völlig wohl gefühlt und gerne im Garten gespielt. Die Gegend um das Haus herum ist super, fußläufig ist man direkt an der "Promenade" mit Läden fürs Stöbern, netten Essenslokalen, Fahrradverleih, Eisdiele, Spielscheune und natürlich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt der Deich!!! Dort ist der Superbonus,dass es zu dem Ferienhaus für die Urlaubszeit einen eigenen Strandkorb gibt.... Also kein hoffen und bangen,denn er steht direkt vorne am kleinen Sandstück,wo die Kinder glücklich sind! Und sicherlich gibt's es noch einige Dinge mehr die erwähnenswert sind,aber genauso schön ist es anzukommen und auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen! Vielen Dank auch für die nette Nachfrage des Hausbesitzers,ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist!

Super Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist eigentlich sehr schön und gut gelegen wenn nicht so kleinigkeiten wären als da wären Sauberkeit ( Spinnenweben ,sehr staubig die Stehlampen und die Regale die Terrassentüre war sehr schmutzig von innen und leider hat es doch etwas unangenehm gerochen. Die Umgebung ist super

Haus mit toller Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus, welches eine optimale Lage hat. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit (Betten hatten noch Tierhaare & die Terrasse war leider nicht sehr gepflegt) könnte man hier noch mehr drauf achten. Die Kaffeepadmaschine war nicht entkalkt & hatte noch altes Wasser drin, die Reinigung und das Entkalken haben wir dann übernommen. Bei dem kurzfristigen Wunsch Bettwäsche noch zu bekommen, konnte uns dies umgehend gewährt werden. Großer Pluspunkt, gerade im Sommer, ist die überdachte Einfahrt. Hier hatten wir immer ein schattigen Platz für unser Auto. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man schnell Bäcker, Deich, Spielplatz am Strand, Fahrradverleih, Eisstand, Restaurants, Nordsee Lagune und vieles mehr...

Schönes Haus mit Potenzial nach oben

Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen leider auch schon angemerkt, fehlt es leider an einer Grundsauberkeit im Haus und es riecht nicht gut. Schade war es auch, dass die Rasenfläche um Garten und Vorgarten leider nicht gepflegt ist. Der Rasen war fast Kniehoch. Hatten dies auch angesprochen, wurde aber in den zwei Wochen nicht vom Verwalter geändert. Viele Dinge könnten mit wenigen Handgriffen leicht und schnell behoben werden, sodass es gepflegter wirkt. Auch würden wir die Teppiche entfernen wenn man keine Möglichkeiten hat diese in einem gepflegten Zustand zu hinterlassen. Alles im allen ein nettes Häusschen, aber mit Potenzial nach oben.

Gute Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, es ist ein niedliches Häuschen nur leider viele Tierhaare und etwas verstaubt... Kurkarte hatten wir erst am nächsten Tag bekommen am späten Nachmittag 😒
