The house is a classic California family home. Every room has been carefully decorated with love and attention to detail. The materials are mindfully chosen to create harmony and rest. The energy of the house is perfect for both work and relaxation. Your kids will have all the room they need to play with beautiful toys and books as well as the trampoline, basketball hoop and playing in the yard. The beautiful back garden has lemon, orange and avocado trees...it smells like lavender and orange blossoms...enjoy making a fire in the fire pit or grill on the barbecue underneath the starry sky.

Dine-in large kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as bonus meditation room, full bathroom with bathtub, second bathroom with shower, living room with huge comfortable sofa and piano. Outside dining table/seating area.

The house is only walking distance to farmers market and grocery stores...Its in the hart of Mar Vista. Take the bike or go by foot to get the best coffee...then take a walk on the beach. Parking is right in front of the property for two cars if needed.
