About this property

Studio for two. Centrally located, between Plakias and Rethymnon. On the E4

Studio 25 sqm plus terrace 15 sqm. Fully equipped. New construction under German construction supervision and know-how in 2012. 337 meters high (especially in August you will welcome it when it is 5 degrees cooler than at the sea). Quiet outskirts. 200 m to the new large supermarket on the main street. Excellent starting point for many excursions, as there are no mountains between the north and south coast. Hania and Heraklion airports each 90 minutes drive. Swimming in both the south at Plakias with numerous smaller sub-bays and crystal clear water, or in the north the miles of sandy beaches of Rethymno and the surrounding area.
What is also very popular with our guests are the Tango courses in Plakias.
An important note: We rent a 24 sqm studio as a holiday apartment in our house. We are not a hotel complex, apartment complex or luxury apartment and we will not offer you a corresponding luxury service. But we offer you our hospitality and ask you not to abuse it.

Location gradevole e posto tranquillo

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 17/08/18. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è tranquilla e a 15 minuti dal mare. La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, compresa veranda e parcheggio interno. Ringraziamo Chris, il proprietario, che è disponibilissimo e molto simpatico. Suggeriamo solamente un pizzico di attenzione in più nella pulizia dell'appartamento. Monica e Daniele

Als Erstes, Daniele und Monica waren sehr freundliche Gäste, wir hatten auch von meiner Seite gesehen eine sehr angenehme Woche. Den Punkt mit der Reinlichkeit kann ich leider so nicht akzeptieren, da er unter anderem auch nicht spezifiziert ist. Gleichzeitig haben M+D wie alle unsere Gäste am Tag nach der Anreise ein Schreiben unterschrieben. Darin steht das sie das Studio einwandfrei übernommen haben und falls es später ein Problem geben sollte, Sie es unverzüglich an uns melden, damit wir die Möglichkeit haben es zeitnah abzustellen. Da ich das Studio selbst gereinigt habe und als ehemaliger Hotelmanager sicher etwas davon verstehe, bin ich natürlich nicht erfreut, wenn meine Arbeit im Nachhinein so bewertet wird.

Sehr schönes Studio mit Terasse

Lage der Unterkunft ideal für Ausflüge ins naheliegende Bergland, für die nächst größeren Städte, kulturellen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie an schöne Strände im Süden.

Solche Gäste wünscht sich jeder Vermieter. Auf Grund der guten Kommunikation konnten wir Ihnen, auch durch unser Buch "111 Orte auf Kreta die man gesehen haben muß", noch den einen oder anderen, auf Ihre Wünsche angepassten, Tipp für Besichtigungen geben, was bei einem 6-Tage Urlaub nicht unwichtig ist. Wir haben einige schöne und lustige Stunden auf unserer Terrasse oder in der Taverne verbracht.

best place in creta

un lieu idéal dans un coin de verdure près de la mer et de belles randonnées plusieurs plages hors de la foule des touristes ( et de ce qui va souvent hélas avec, comme souvent en crète près de la mer ) la cote sud et son arrière pays est belle et surtout tranquille et authentique des petits villages autour où il fait bon s'arrêter prendre un café au milieu d'habitants accueillant et pas pressés un accueil très attentif, humain et discret de Cornelia et Christophe qui connaissent bien les trésors parfois cachés de la crète , qu'ils pourront vous indiquer .

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen Kretas

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit dem Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Wir haben dort alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten. Darüber hinaus waren Chris und Cony sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die immer eine offene Tür für uns hatten. Sie haben uns mit Kartenmaterial, Reisetipps und Insiderwissen über Kreta sehr weiter geholfen. Zum Wandern ist die zentrale Lage des Studios sehr gut geeignet, da wir schnell in die beiden großen Gebirge, aber auch an die bezaubernden Strände der Südküste, sowie die großen Städte im Norden gelangen konnten. Wer weitere Ausflugsziele sucht, findet viele in dem Reisebuch, das die beiden verfasst und uns im Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Chris und Cony nur empfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

S. und K. waren äußerst symphatische Gäste. In der Frühe raus und losgewandert – jeden Tag. Einen Abend sind wir zusammen mit unserem Picknick in eine urige Schnapsbrennerei, mit dessen Inhaber wir befreundet sind, und hatten jede Menge Spass. Bei Ofenkartoffeln mit Tzatziki und Nackensteaks von Chris, leckerem Salat von S. und Rotwein und Raki von Petros. Schade, dass sie nur eine Woche Zeit hatten, wir hätten noch eine Menge Spass miteinander gehabt. Sie waren auch sehr sehr interessiert an Land und Leute und Geschichte. Einfach klasse, die beiden. Das Studio haben sie übrigens tip-top hinterlassen! Cony und Chris

Studio neuf ,bien situé

Agréable studio neuf bien situé entre le nord et le sud de la Crete dans un beau village au milieu d'un beau paysage. On peut regretter le manque de climatisation certains jours.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und es fehlte an nichts.

Es war ein schönes kleines Häuschen in den Bergen.Man hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt um den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.Es war so schön,wir würden sofort wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen.

Bei solchen Gästen ist es einfach ein guter Gastgeber zu sein. Sicher ist die Lage des Studios ein wesentlicher Faktor für die Gäste die uns buchen. Unsere Gäste wollen nicht nur baden, sondern auch Land und Leute kennen lernen. Vielleicht hilft bei der Betreuung der Gäste auch das der Vermieter früher Hotelmanager war und die Vermieterin Schriftstellerin ist, die gerade ein Besonderheiten -Buch über Kreta geschrieben hat. Aber das wäre alles wertlos ohne Gäste wie Yvonne und Maik. Wir würden uns freuen sie einmal wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
