1. Booking conditions
• The rental is exclusively reserved for married couples with children.
• The maximum number of people allowed is 2 adults and their children.
2. Mandatory documents on arrival
• All occupants must present a government-issued ID upon arrival.
• Couples must provide proof of marriage in accordance with the regulations in force in Algeria.
3. Restrictions in Ownership
• It is strictly forbidden to receive guests or strangers in the apartment.
• No photos or videos should be taken inside the apartment.
• The dissemination of photos or videos taken inside the apartment on social networks is strictly prohibited.
4. Rules of life
• Respect the calm in the premises, in particular by avoiding excessive noise after 8 p.m
• Make sure to keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout your stay.
5. Penalties for non-compliance
• Failure to comply with the above rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
