Nice stay

Great stay, only gave four stars for cleanliness because day we checked in, the house was not ready at four as promised. House keeping was wonderful and kept us informed but we had reservations we were trying to make for dinner and it did throw us a little behind. They informed us the guests before us were extremely sloppy and they had a large mess to clean up and apologized. This does not reflect on the property or the owner as the cabin is very nice. A few items are well used like rockers and the coffee pot was a little temperamental but they were very responsive with all our concerns. Thank you for a lovely trip to the mountains with our girls.

Overall we had a great time the cabin was beautiful and the view was even prettier hot tub was awesome. Indoor pool and mini golf was fun. But the cabin could have been cleaner. I was disappointed in that. I found garbage behind my bathroom garbage can, therefore it was not moved to clean behind. I also found a half eaten hostess cupcake in the night stand in my bedroom. Place was very dusty. I would probably stay in this cabin community again but not with this company because of your cleaning service.

Great stay

We had a great time staying at this cabin. The first day we got there the tv didnt work. I called and they came and fixed it the next day. I was shocked with the fast response they gave and they always answered. Everything was clean and same as described. We did almost fall several times over the rug by the back door because it slides but we just moved it. I would definitely recommend this cabin! We cant wait to come again!

Needs improvement!

This cabin served our needs, but I would not rent it again. The bathrooms were terribly small and the noise from people in the loft upstairs was extremely loud to those sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms. The biggest issue though, was the overall cleanliness of the cabin. The white towels were extremely dingy and dirty looking, the throw pillows on beds and couch were the same. Mirrors and ceiling fans had not been cleaned in some time. One bedroom had a sticky substance on the nightstand upon check in. The dryer vent was so clogged with so much lint…luckily I realized it and was able to clear it out. The rugs and carpets were not the cleanest either. The overall layout of the cabin was ok, just smaller than I expected, which is no fault of the owner. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs and the location was good, with easy access to the Pigeon Forge attractions. I contacted the rental company upon arrival and they promptly sent someone over with fresh towels. He also delivered brand new fans the next day due to the fact that none of the fans upstairs were working and the loft was a bit hot at night. We really appreciated that! For the price, I wasn’t super satisfied overall. I think with the right cleaning and cabin organization, it would be ok for a small group. The kitchen was well stocked although the spatula provided was melted and dirty. I think attention to detail is key when renting to families who are spending money for a clean & comfortable stay.
