4-room mezzanine cabin apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the residence without elevator (1/2 floor to go up + 1/2 exterior floor to go down), facing south with 2 SOUTH-facing balconies and individual garage (L. 4.90m; l. 2.50m; H.2.10m) in building across the street.
The apartment consists of a living room with an open equipped kitchenette and a lounge, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a cabin with 2x80 bunk beds (NB: the upper bed of a bunk bed is prohibited for under 6s.) a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets, upstairs a second bedroom with a 140 bed, a mezzanine with 1 sofa bed 140.
