Welcome to Falmouth Heights! This new home is within a short walk to the Falmouth heights beaches and one mile from Falmouth Center. Located on a quiet street with a beautiful grassy yard, a spacious outdoor shower, a newly installed outdoor kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating on the patio and deck. It's roomy and perfectly sized for extended family with an additional lower level that's finished with a fresh coastal look with space and comfort in mind. The perfect home for your summer get away!

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be mindful that the house takes a while to clean as there are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It would help greatly if you leave the kitchen and living spaces tidy before checking out.
Please do not strip the beds. We prefer to keep each bed ensemble in tact. You are welcome to load used towels in the washing machine but do not set it.
Please leave folded beach chairs and beach wagon on the patio. Be sure all appliances and lights are off before you leave. Please lock the doors behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No house parties and No events.
No more than maximum limit of guests allowed on property.
Absolutely no smoking allow inside the home. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in penalties
