This two-story townhouse comes equipped with everything you and your family need to spend a carefree and fun getaway. Spend a refreshing evening in the private outdoor pool while the chef of the group treats you all to delicious snacks prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. Make sure you dry off before stepping inside to change into more comfortable clothes and unwind in the living room. This area is all about comfort with a sectional sofa right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services. Yes, movie nights are going to be terrific!

The fully-equipped kitchen has you covered when it's time to cook. It boasts modern appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and more! There is even a small island that seats two for extra dining space. The gorgeous dining table is right off the kitchen with enough space for up to six lucky guests. This level also features a stackable washer/dryer, one bedroom with a flatscreen TV, and a full bathroom.

The rest of the bedrooms (three) are located upstairs along with two full bathrooms. All three bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with cable, so there's no need to fight over who gets which room. However, only the main bedroom features its own ensuite bath.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Don’t stay here

The entry code was wrong. Pool not heated, told us we needed to tell them three days in advance and pay an extra fee. We told them we would pay, but no one ever got back to us to turn the heat on, so we couldn’t swim with a 1 & 5 year old as the water was too cold. There was a big hole in the screened pool around letting everything in. The pool was covered in leafs. The master bedroom fan didn’t work, and there were ants everywhere.

Wonderful location

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed at Bella Vida. The resort is in a great location and the folks at Vacasa responded quickly to any inquiry I had. Unfortunately, the condo on this visit wasn’t up to the same standards as those of my previous visits. The carpet had several stains on it, the lamps in two of the bedrooms didn’t work, the microwave door had a crack in it, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain so we never used it, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work, a section of the pool screen was hanging loose, and we found several peanuts on the rug in the living room. This was very concerning because my granddaughter has a peanut allergy and would have had a serious reaction if she had found them. Please don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed the time we spent at the condo, but the experience would have been much better if everything had worked properly. One thing really stood out to us — the young security guard at the main gate was always friendly, courteous, and helpful. We didn’t get his name to thank him personally, but would appreciate if you’d thank him for us. Thank you.

Worst Vacation I have every rented

I loved Nothing about this home. If you don't mind 20 years worth of stains on worn out carpet and if you don't mind small bugs crawling on you while you sit at the dining room table, then this is your place.

Wrong Entry Code

Spacious and clean. But our stay was so traumatic, they gave us wrong code entry to the house. It took us how minutes-hour to open and close the door, we kept on trying as no ones answering the text or call at night. Our multiple tries lead us to got the correct code. They gave us wrong last digit code entry. Instead of 1, last digit they gave us was 2. Dang! We were approached by neighbors thinking we were burglars, kids were crying and held their pees until we get inside the house. We arrived Florida from NC at 11pm. It was so tiring and frustrating.
