The first part of the house has two bedrooms with private shower rooms. The kitchen, living room and gym are also located in the first part of the house.

The second part of the house has two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower on the floor between them.
In both parts of the house there is a landing with an office/library.

On the mezzanine floor there is a recreation area / gym with a large sauna, fitness equipment, rowing machine, exercise bike and a laundry room.

The pleasant patio with its jacuzzi, welcomes breakfasts and dinners interspersed with quiet naps.
Each room has its own TV, Sonos sound system.
