*LOCATION*
Villa located near Hotel Royal Barriere.
- 5 min by foot to the beach, the olympic swimming pool, the children beach club, many shops (pharmacy, bakery etc.), the tennis club, the Spa center.
- 10 min by foot to Deauville's center and to the train station.
- 5 min by foot to the horse racetrack and to the horse sales.
- Bikes are provided for longer trips.

The villa is surrounded by 2 gardens in the front and in the back. The large garden in the back offers a unique and calm space during spring and summer. It feels like countryside while being right near the beach, ideal for lunch and diner with an electric barbecue and an electric patio heater.
Every room has a sink and a miror. There is 3 WC and 3 bathrooms. High quality beddings are furnished.

Perfect location

This house has many bedrooms and a few bathrooms. It is well equipped with everything you need to entertain. I am sorry we did not have our grandchildren with us, as there were books, games, foosball, pingpong and more

Maison Deauville

Maison normande un peu ancienne mais fonctionnelle avec un jardin où l'on peut déjeuner, tres bien située sur Deauville, proche de la plage, grand supermarché à 10 petites minutes à pied et zone commerçante de Deauville proche À 20 mn à pied de la gare et du pont des belges vers trouville Et surtout un accueil d'une gentillesse et d'une prevenance par Nathalie que nous remercions vraiment ! Nous avons passé un grand week-end tres agréable !

Bon séjour malgré la météo maussade

De l'extérieur, le bâtiment est superbe, avec un jardin très agréable. Les chambres sont très confortables, le salon est très grand et agréable. Une rénovation en profondeiur est souhaitable et est déjà entammée pour certaines pièces. L'accueil par Nathalie est superbe. Nathalie se met en quatre pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possinle.

Immense maison placée idéalement

Maison normande typique ayant besoin d être rénovée néanmoins mais avec nombreux atouts : 5 ou 6 chambres, double living, 3 salles de bains, jardin très agréable, table de ping-pong, baby foot et emplacement parfait derrière l hôtel Royal. Bien que la maison soit ancienne, cela reste un très bon plan

Visiblement, aucun travaux réalisés depuis......des années et des années. La poussière et les acariens sont chez eux . Les TV ne fonctionnent pas vraiment. Cette maison fut belle il y a longtemps. Le prix de location n'est PAS justifié

Tres belle propriété

La maison a un charme absolu, très bien équipé, dispose de beaucoup des chambres et 3 sde et wc (les sanitaires ont besoin de une rénovation totale, mais cela n'empêche pas le fonctionnement), l'emplacement est idéal, très proches de la plage mais aussi à quelques pas du centre ville (mais très tranquille). Le petit jardin est idéal pour une grillade et pour les enfants, car toute la propriété est bien clôturé. Je conseille cette location et je compte y retourner

La maison est bellé vaste comme l’une maison de famille que l’on a plaisir à retrouver. C’est une maison ancienne, qui a du vécu, idéale lorsqu’en l’on est en famille.
