- Very beautiful town house of 250m2 including 120m2 of terrace / courtyard recently renovated. Exceptional location in the city center (just next to Place du Marché / Place Morny). Very large courtyard / terrace in sunny exotic wood, not overlooked and fenced.
- Very pleasant house, 3/4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, fully equipped kitchen (Bosh / Siemens), dining room, lounge and reading room equipped with a sofa bed (possibility of sleeping).

- Foot access to the beach and the famous 'Planches de Deauville', tennis, pony club, casino, market, cinema, racetrack, mini golf, all shops, port, train station, skate park, restaurants, Hôtel Normandy and Hôtel Royal, Thalasso, Bar de la Mer, Bar du Soleil, etc ...
- 2 minutes from the ferry / boat to go to Trouville for its superb Fish Market and the famous restaurants (Les Vapeurs, Central, Les Quatre Chats, etc.)
- Reserved place to park in front of the house.
- Possibility of rental: short, medium and long term.

Great Holiday Experience

Our stay in Deauville was wonderful, mainly due to the fantastic location of our residence. The house is spacious, accommodates even complicated family scenarios like a 15-year-old a 4-year old and 1-year toddler. While the house does not look like much from the outside compared to the other houses in Deauville, you'll be very pleasantly surprised once you get inside. The pictures show it as it is, although they already are a few years older. Also, some were taken with a wide angle lens, which creates the impression of a more open / bigger space, especially in the living-/TV-room. The highlight is the terrace! Unfortunately, the hammock was out of order... We would have loved to spend even more time on our terrace in the afternoon and evening had we had the opportunity to barbecue there. Not only is it always a nice family happening, but as you will notice, dining out in Deauville or Trouville is very, very expensive. The average meal for my family usually caused a damage of 150 - 200 EUR to our travel budget, so we would have loved to instead get some fresh meats or fish from the many local markets and cook it ourselves. Mind you - it is not the same cooking it inside in the fully furnished kitchen. Our host, Sébastien, explained that some earlier customer did not like playing by the rules regarding safety, which led him to not offer BBQ anymore. Another thing I found questionable was the required extra charge of 120 EUR payable at the end of the stay for towels and linen. We used our towels as assigned for our whole 10-night stay, and 120 EUR is in my opinion excessive. All in all we had a great experience, 5 stars for the location, and very friendly hosts. Mind you - freshen up your French when you check in and out, as our local contacts did not speak English... :-)

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Deauville mit 5 Personen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man gut kochen kann. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum von Deauville. Leider hatten wir nebenan eine Großbaustelle, die teilweise etwas lauter war, aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

The perfect stay in Deauville

We had an incredible time in this beautiful property! The house is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. The children particularly appreciated the toys, books and lovely furniture. We loved the huge terrace and enjoyed long lunches and dinners there. The host couldn't have been more friendly, warm and helpful. The location is perfect. A 2 mins walk to all shops, various bakeries and the daily market. And a 10 mins walk to the beach. The house is right next to the Marina as well, perfect for long walks. Many thanks for this magnificent stay. We will be back soon!

La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas du marché et de la place Morny, en plein centre de Deauville. Bien que très centrale, elle est au calme et la grande cour, a l’abri du vent et des regards est parfaitement aménagée. La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable. La famille du propriétaire réside à proximité immédiate et prend grand soin de la maison et de ses hôtes, sans jamais être pesante Bref : parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, l'accueil fût excellent. La maison est idéalement placée et nous a permis de nous déplacer en permanence à pied pour profiter de la ville et de ses atouts. Elle est également très bien équipée. A great place for a beach getaway

My family and loved this home! The location was close to the city center, harbor and beach. The owner and his family were very friendly and made sure we were happy with our stay and even gave us some suggestion for things to do around the area. We enjoyed every part of the house- especially dinning on the outside terrace. We only wish we booked the place for longer!!

Amazing property, will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic property and very family friendly. My family enjoyed our time here very much. We thoroughly dinners out back on the patio. To find a place in France that has a patio this big is rare. All the amenities are nice and close, the beach is a short drive and working with Christophe and Sebastien as easy as could be. When we come back to Deauville we stay here again 100%.

Nous avons passé un week end familiale dans la maison de Sébastien. Accueilli par Christophe et sa maman, nous avons apprécié leur souci de nous satisfaire et leur disponibilité. La maison est a proximité a pied de la place Morny, avec ses commerces et marche, du Casino, de la gare et des planches. Elle est très fonctionnelle, agréable et superbement équipée. Totalement rénovée, les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bains impeccables. La terrasse ombragée et sans vis à vis avec ses petites lumières le soir a rendu nos soirées intimes et douces. Nous recommandons cette maison sans réserve si vous souhaitez profiter des Charmes de Deauville. DH
