This property is very nice, in an upscale, walkable neighborhood on the bayside, close to restaurants, shops, etc. The house is nicely equipped and is on the newer side, and looks just like the photos on the website. A narrow slice of the property extends out past the pool to a dock which is on the closed, north end of a lagoon. Access by boat to Florida Bay is through a mangrove channel on the south end of the lagoon. I thought I was going to be able to kayak in the lagoon every day but the dock was too high and there was no place to put in. During our stay, a builder was clearing the lot on the other side of the lagoon from us (noisy!) so future guests won't be looking at mangrove trees, there will eventually be a house there. We spent a lot of time around the pool and on the back porch, both of which were very nice. Neighbors were a bit noisy at times and traffic on the street is fairly frequent. We rented this property for the entire month of January, and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners were great, easy to work with, and the property manager who dropped by with a couple of rental bikes was also very nice. Looking forward to returning to Key Largo next year!
