VILLA PODERE IL GIARDINO
VILLA PODERE IL GIARDINO is located at the beginning of a beautiful valley, VALLE DI CHIO. The Villa is surrunded by nature. It is a typical Tuscan rural house, the oldest part dates back to the 17th century. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, a cozy living room, a large and equipped kitchen, a courtesy bathroom, a room with washing machine, clothes dryer.
The first floor consist of 3 bedrooms, one of them with a king size double bad, another with double bad, the third badroom with two single beds.
In addition there are two complete bathroom with shower, a room with a large wardrobe and a nice livingroom adjacent to an external loggia overlooking the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, the hills of the valley and the great Montecchio Castle, where in the Middle Ages the famous leader Giovanni Acuto resided,( on pre-established dates, this summer 2021, guided tours will be organized by reservation). From the loggia you can enjoy beautiful sunset....
The first floor consist of 3 bedrooms, one of them with a king size double bad, another with double bad, the third badroom with two single beds.
