Our home is just a couple miles from lake proctor and located between Comanche and Dublin with easy access to several other towns including Deleon, Brownwood, Stephenville, and more! The house includes a large living room, full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, four bedrooms, a fully fenced front yard, backyard, and pasture and barn for horses if needed. Fully furnished

Lots of great space for our family to gather, play games, and cook. Not fancy, but economical and dog friendly while we visited Lake Proctor for a family reunion.

The gated yard was wonderful for our pets. They enjoyed being able to run around. The house is old, but very clean and the necessities are there. Definitely plenty of space to sleep!

The beds were creaky & uncomfortable. No bath soap in either bathroom. No paper towels. A few Little extra things could go a long way . We also ended up with a tick on a persons back that stayed there. Host was notified.

Unfortunately, dawn was one of those Guests who is just unrealistic. It’s noted in the listing that it is a rural location, and again before check-in. And they still decided to book. She was also advised that we do not supply paper towels because most guests end up taking them with them. There was in fact, plenty of soap and that was never discussed. Nice people, but not a good fit for our home. They are better suited to a city or hotel stay
