Guarantee deposit of 1000 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 50 euros to be paid at the villa, as well as at the booking a tourist tax of 5% of the total amount limited to 4 euros per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote)
