Very bright house, built in 2006, in a residential area with little traffic. The house is ideally located for a car-free holiday. The beach is 600 m away, and shops (bakery, supermarket) are close by.

Ground floor: Large living room (flat-screen TV, 2 sofas, solid oak dining table, desk) leading onto a fully equipped kitchen (bar with stools, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob + hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker + Senseo). Master suite (double bed 140 x 200) with en-suite shower room (washbasin, electric towel rail), separate WC, garage (washing machine).

First floor: Shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 200) with chest of drawers and wardrobe, 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 200) with chest of drawers.

Outside: Large, fully enclosed garden, gas barbecue, extendable dining table + chairs, sun loungers, garden furniture, table tennis.

Also available: WiFi, baby equipment (cot, baby tub, high chair)

Bed linen and towels are provided. Charges and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rental price.
Pets are not allowed.

A former sardine port, Morgat is now ranked as one of France's most beautiful seaside resorts, famous for its large sandy beach and its exceptional, well-preserved surroundings. There are numerous coves and caves with translucent water, and many points to discover on foot along the GR34 (Cap de la chèvre, Pointe des Espagnols, Pen-Hir etc.).
On the Crozon peninsula, you'll have plenty to choose from to liven up your stay: windsurfing, catamarans, kayaking, scuba diving and world-famous surfing spots.
