Close to the Plan d'Eau du Champsaur (5 km) and hiking trails, our family home is a warm and authentic eighteenth-century farmhouse, restored with care and with all modern comforts, ideal for family or friends reunions!

It has a beautiful view of the mountains, a large garden of 2500 m2 that will delight children, a large wood-fired brazier, as well as a petanque court and a ping-pong table.

Our house consists of:

- a large gîte (ground floor and ground floor on the right side), of 200 m2 that can accommodate 12 travellers and consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, allowing everyone to benefit from their independence, before meeting in the large living room on the ground floor.

- A T2 apartment of 45 m2 located on the left side of the house, rented for the year, with private access from the back of the house and benefiting from its own garden.

Our old farmhouse and its large cottage exudes a lot of charm and serenity with its spacious vaulted living room, its open kitchen and its fireplace. It will offer you unique moments of sharing with family or friends.

It opens onto a beautiful stone barn where you can meet around its large table and brazier, before indulging in a game of pétanque... or a well-deserved nap, comfortably installed in the deckchairs, under the apple trees and hundred-year-old walnut trees!

The house is ideally located in the valley, 5 minutes by car from the shops, and close to all winter and summer activities.

It is located approximately:

- 10/15 minutes drive to the main downhill and Nordic ski resorts,
- 10/15 minutes from the magnificent 18-hole golf course of Gap/Bayard,
- 5/10 minutes by car from the Champsaur Lake of Water. as well as all its water activities and tree climbing.

You will also find many beautiful hiking trails from the house or only a few kilometres away or in the beautiful valleys nearby.
