This apartment, located on the first floor of the owners' house, features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, down a staircase, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a parking space. Bicycles can be stored in the owners' garage. The cottage is located close to the hiking trail leading to the beaches. Discover the Ria d'Etel, an arm of the Atlantic that sinks into the hinterland, forming a small inland sea. On foot or by boat, you will come across small ports and beaches, oyster beds, woods or ponds. The Etel river offers a variety of sites to enchant those who discover it in all seasons. You will be from Etel, near Erdeven, Plouharnel or Plouhinec. Discover this two-person cottage just a few hundred meters from the sea.
