This holiday home, renovated and refurbished in 2014, is located on the island in the island town of Malchow, right on Lake Malchow, not far from the Fleesensee. The garden is located on the Malchower See with a lakeside terrace, jetty and bathing ladder, garden furniture and a watercourse invite you to relax and unwind.
The house offers enough space for at least 6 adults and 4 children or 8 adults.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for 10 people. Furthermore 3 double rooms and two single rooms (children's room with two stacking beds, thus two single beds each) and a spacious attic with a view of the Malchower See. Cable TV and WiFi are of course available.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für Familien

Das Haus ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich die Betten gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher top. Besonders schön die Zeiten auf der Terrasse / Steg direkt am Wasser mit Badeleiter zu einem glasklaren See. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt, so dass ein Auto eigentlich nicht benötigt wird.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, kleine Kritikpunkte sind die sehr laut knarrende Treppe, die Beleuchtung auf der Terrasse am Wasser war defekt, sodass man abends nichts mehr sehen konnte. Im Inserat steht, dass die Endreinigung im Preis enthalten ist, erst nach Buchung bekommt man die Hausordnung zugeschickt, für die man unterschreiben muss. Diese beinhaltet, dass man den Müll vollständig entleeren muss, den Geschirrspüler ausräumen, den Kühlschrank auswischen muss, die Betten abziehen und fegen oder saugen soll. Wenn man dies nicht tut entstehen extra Kosten. Der Verwalter ist jederzeit erreichbar und wohnt direkt nebenan. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Zugang zum See. Schwimmen oder Ausflüge mit dem SUP (kein Problem Dank Einstiegshilfe) sind direkt von der Terrasse aus möglich. Die Zentrale Lage ist außerdem super.

Zentral in der Inselstadt Malchow gelegen bietet das sehr schön renovierte Haus ein tolles Ambiente für Familien oder Gruppen bis zu 10 Leuten. Der gemütliche Essenstisch am hauseigenen Bootssteg ist die Sensation. Boot, Wasser, Haus und Stadt in Einem - ein tolles Konzept.

Sehr schönes Ambiente! Super Lage!

Für 3 Familien bietet das Ferienhaus Seeblick ein paar wirklich schöne Urlaubstage. Die Lage am See und im Zentrum von Malchow ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der gepflegte Zustand waren ohne Mängel. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter/ Verwalter war in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Super modernes Haus und schöne Lage

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus, super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit eigener Badeleiter ist schön, einfach zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit 10 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und die Vermieter und Verwalter des Hauses haben uns super nett begrüßt und standen für Ausflug- und Restauranttipps jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch weiterempfehlen!!!

Traum-Ferienhaus

In diesem wunderschönen, äußerst gepflegtem und komfortablem Ferienhaus kann man einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. In den sehr guten Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Selten haben wir ein so geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus angetroffen. Auch den Garten mit dem Zugang zum See haben wir sehr genossen. Für Schwimmer ein Genuss. Im nächsten Jahr werden wir mit Sicherheit einen 3-wöchigen Urlaub dort buchen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Ferienhaus Seezeit. Die schöne Lage in der Altstadt auf der Insel von Malchow ist für die Nebensaison ein Traum. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Austattung und Sauberkeit sind perfekt. Die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten von guter Qualität. Die Terasse mit direktem Seezugang ist klasse. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern zur Seeseite ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gruppensommerreise

Die Ausstattung dieses gepflegten Hauses war hervorragend, genauso wie die Hilfsbereitschaft des Verwalters, der jederzeit ansprechbar war, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten. Die Terrasse bot uns mit Blick auf den Fleesensee einen schönen Platz zum Beobachten der vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und dem Leben der Wasservögel sowie zum gemeinsamen Essen und Verweilen. Die fehlenden Handläufe an den Stufen im Außenbereich haben uns veranlasst, einen Punkt abzuziehen; sie gehören doch heute zum allgemeinen Standart.
