The Lorca is inspired by the classic American roadside nature lodge, a short walk to the beautiful Indian Lake.

Our 8-room property brings together fire pits, trails, and a picnic area. With natural pine and organic materials, your room is a calm place to get into the woods--a basecamp for adventure.

Our focus is on providing a serene environment that allows our guests to disconnect from screens and immerse themselves in the natural beauty that surrounds us. Our rooms do not have TVs.

For the price, I thought they could put some plates, cutlery, etc. in the room. The coffee maker did not work. In fairness, I did not notify them of this, except to leave a note when I left. Ditto for the freezer, which needed defrosting and would not close, overcooling the refrigerator.

Cute, clean, and simple

Check in process was very straightforward. Place was very cute and cozy, and included all the basics such as a coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, and linens. Got a little chilly at night but between the heater and the space heater we were perfectly comfortable. Nice and quiet location, <10 mins from Stewart’s. Be prepared to drive 20+ minutes for restaurants, especially if visiting off-season as many close seasonally. Overall a great place and a great value, would definitely stay here again!

Clean, hygge minimalist feel!

Julian was welcoming and professional! I was worried since this was a new listing but worked out for us (in the best way) since we were able to extend our weekend in adk and stay here. Lovely accomodations and the room was spotless. Myroom had a monstera and pilea so extra brownie points, Julian!
