Encanto Condo is located in the new Aldea Zama community in Tulum. This complex is one of the closest to the commercial area of Aldea Zama, compared to 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, but a little more cosmopolitan, with boutiques and restaurants. Aldea Zama offers a natural sanctuary, with exceptional services and infrastructure.

This amazing 3 bedroom penthouse unit is overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This beautiful new complex features two swimming pools, lush tropical gardens (all carefully guarding the environment), parking and bike racks.

Encanto Tulum, is perfectly situated close to the beach as well as all of the restaurants, bars and shops .

You won't have any problems getting around on foot, or using the taxi system which is quite affordable. Your welcome package will outline additional instructions for you to get around.

Great Accommodation in Tulum

We love our stay in this property. It is beautiful and there was space for our group. The pool was very nice and the roof top patio was super cool! A great place to hang out. The host was very accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here!
