Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :

Overlooking an inner courtyard, the apartment is close to La Castellane and the Old Port.
The area is also well served by a number of subways for strolling around the city.

## Emplacement
The Cours Julien is a "bobo district" where you can go bargain-hunting and enjoy the peace and quiet at the same time! It's the largest district in France dedicated to street art. It's a real neighborhood spirit, a very atypical atmosphere, especially when you come across the neighborhood's famous markets: the Marché Paysan is the best-known and welcomes you on Wednesday mornings. It brings together some thirty local producers selling fresh, quality produce. Farmers have to apply and guarantee that their produce is grown in an environmentally-friendly way. Let yourself be carried away by the streets of this colorful district.
