Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the studio includes:
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- and a living room with a convertible sofa.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: Refrigerator, TV, Hair Dryer, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Microwave, Fan, Iron, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is conveniently located close to metro lines M1 and M2 and you will find many shops and restaurants nearby.
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" just 12 minutes walk away.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:
- The Palace and Longchamp Park 8 minutes on foot;
- Marseille Observatory 10 minutes on foot;
- Les Petits Trains de Marseille 22 minutes by tram;
- Catalans Beach 35 minutes by bus, and many more.

## Emplacement
The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.
