Great location! Home is ideally located and as it appears on listing. I would give it a 9 out of 10. Would stay here again. Gave it a 9 instead of a 10 for just a few not deal breaking reasons: 1) there were no glasses in home, maybe 4 bowls for eating; 2) recommend labeling light switches - dining room table switch is at top of fixture;3) upstairs water flow for bath creates a lot of noise in downstairs room when on. However, all the very important things are there and it’s clean and safe! Also one perk was there were bikes in garage that were usable. Good property. Can’t beat location.

4 of us attended the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction with this as our staging point. It's the perfect setup as the bedrooms are all far from each other and you can park inside the garage. The house was a bit chilly but otherwise a wonderful experience overall.

Family relaxation. Home away from home

My family and I arrived to the house and it was easy to get into the house with information given. The home was very clean and I loved the two refrigerators. One for adult beverages and the other for sodas and food. Very nice neighborhood, easy access to the pool. Love the indoor back patio setting. Loved it and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a very wonderful outing with my family

Lovely Location and Expansive Space

The location and unique layout of the space were some of our favorite things. This allowed our family to gather and play games, watch football games, go for walks at a nearby park and cook meals together. There were some quirky things that took us awhile to figure out. Some remotes were missing for tv's and when we were able to locate them, the smart tv's were unable to connect to the internet. There is a bit of clutter in the cupboards, which makes you feel like you are borrowing someones home. BUT- all this to say we loved our stay and would recommend it again. The home is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The minor complaints pale in comparison to our enjoyment.

Plenty of room. Clean property with comfortable beds. Lovely tangerine tree in the front yard loaded with fruit. The common area had a nice pool with plenty of chairs and a dog park section. Neighbors were quiet. Walking distance to French pastry shop, merci, So delicious. Short drive to botanical gardens and camelback hikes. Great property

This home was just as pictured right down to the smallest details. It is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and centrally located close to food, SHOPPING, and area attractions. We were 6 adults and 1 teenager, each having our own spaces. The kitchen is perfect for family meals and has 2 refrigerators! The home had all of the basic necessities we needed. We did not take advantage of the pool access but it looked very clean and inviting. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends and would definitely rent again. Linda was easy to reach via text with quick responses.
