Our host was great - very good, clear communication at check in and check out. Amenities exceeded expectation. Beautiful residence, as advertised and more. The exterior was amazing. Everything about the stay was warm, from the property to the host to the workers. Would strongly recommend!
The Towne Estate & Vineyard was absolutely beautiful! We had the pleasure of staying there for my dad's 70th birthday and everything was perfect from top to bottom! Laura, her husband Rod, and daughter Katy were very attentive to all of our needs and requests. The party went off without a hitch and several of our family member commented on how they would love to return! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely estate and we hope to do it again soon.

Daniel, we absolutely loved hosting your family and would be so honored to host you again! Please connect us with any of your family members interested in returning, we would love to host them as well! :) Your family was so lovely to host and connect with throughout the process, and more specifically you and your mother.
My family stayed here to attend my son’s wedding. Lots of character, charm and lots of room. We’ll appointed, it had everything you would want for a VRBO.
Our family had an incredible time here, along with another family. Towne Estate is the perfect spot for a family vacation, or even a couples getaway. The house is exceptionally spacious and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people in the 4 large bedrooms. The expansive living room creates a beautiful organic space to socialize and/or relax together. Everyone in our group was so happy at the house because they could carve out their own space.
The property has tons of outdoor space that makes this place fantastic inside and outside. With lots of fun yard games, a basketball hoop, pickleball, a large patio space and then also a covered outdoor side porch to grill or enjoy your morning coffee/tea, the space invites a special experience for each individual. We had the pleasure of enjoying some beautiful weather kayaking and paddle boarding along the river. We have stayed at this property a number of times and keep coming back because we have created such amazing memories and lasting bonds at this beautiful estate. We would highly recommend it to anyone interested in booking and we can’t wait for our next time back here!

About the host
Hosted by Simone Howard
Towne Estate & Vineyard has been in the Towne family for 3 generations. Laura was born here and grew up with her three siblings in the Walnut Grove Community. In 1943, Laura's grandparents purchased the home from the original owners who built the Sears & Roebuck house selected from their catalog back in 1925. It’s been a magical place to create memories for almost 80 years and we are thrilled to now share it with you.
What makes this property unique
Our estate offers a vintage and cozy environment when in need of a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only 75 miles from San Francisco, its the perfect escape.
