The Lorca is inspired by the classic American roadside nature lodge, a short walk to the beautiful Indian Lake.

Our 8-room property brings together fire pits, trails, and a picnic area. With natural pine and organic materials, your room is a calm place to get into the woods--a basecamp for adventure.

Our focus is on providing a serene environment that allows our guests to disconnect from screens and immerse themselves in the natural beauty that surrounds us. Our rooms do not have TVs.

Beautiful space

We were very happy with the cleanliness. We loved the beds and we loved the little European look to the room. Definitely will consider staying again if we are up around that area.

Clean and simple

Needed a last minute night for Gore stay and this fit the bill. Room was simple and clean. Enjoyed the unique experience and quiet.

Just what we needed.

Cute little motel. We needed a place to sleep after hiking for the day. Beds were comfortable, ample blankets and pillows, coffee maker and electric tea pot and supplies. Used the portable heater to assist the room heater, nice that it was available, but did not need it overnight, down blankets were warm enough. No cell service in the area, which in someway was great. Great wifi. Would book here again.

The place was clean and quiet. However, the check-in was confusing and I had to call the manager to get access to the room. And there was no hot water and very little water pressure, so a shower was next to impossible.

Simple but good

If you know what you’re getting into, this place is great. It is very simple but met our needs and was a great location for us. We’d definitely stay again. My only complaint is we were very excited about the pool but it’s not operational- that should be updated in the description.
