Located on the promenade of Roses, in front of the beach, just 150 meters from the center of Santa Margarita and 800 meters from the center of Roses. Completely renovated. It consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen fully equipped and access to a large terrace, two bedrooms (one with double bed and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds), bathroom with shower. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Community parking. Ideal for its privileged location in a quiet area and just a few steps from the beach. [hidden]-48 ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED. SMOKERS NOT ALLOWED. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED.
