4 bedroom awesome home in Mellerud

Original Dalsland cottage on two floors with balcony and slate roof. The cottage was built as early as 1834, so it is a house with soul and charm. There are many large rooms for two or three families or a company meeting. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are adapted for disabled people and small children. A short walk takes you down to the lake where the boat is moored. With it you can make exciting swimming and fishing trips, also winter fishing is good here. Forest and meadow are rich in berries, mushrooms and game. Small game hunting is possible. Not far from the manor Baldersnäs Herrgård.
